On August 3, 2026, the first special skill training course on valves and actuators for PipeChina Hubei Company, hosted by Chengdu Chenggao Valve Co., Ltd., officially kicked off. This training is a key training program arranged by PipeChina Hubei Company for 2026. Participants include technical leads. majoring in machinery and instrument automation from its Production Department, Maintenance & Emergency Center, and all operation zones.

          Leveraging our professional instructors and hands-on training facilities, this training adopts a teaching mode combining theoretical lectures and on-site practical operation. The curriculum covers a full range of content including working principles, maintenance and troubleshooting of various common valves, as well as actuators from multiple brands, pneumatic-hydraulic and electro-hydraulic actuators.

          On the first day of the training, our professional technical instructors delivered lectures in separate sessions. In the morning, they gave professional explanations on the structure and operating principles of ball valves, orbit valves, gate valves, plug valves and sleeve-type blowdown valves. in sequence. In the afternoon, practical training engineers guided participants through hands-on valve maintenance exercises. They demonstrated standardized maintenance operation procedures with physical equipment, enabling trainees to consolidate theoretical knowledge through on-site hands-on practice.
