To deepen industrial technical exchange and build a collaborative communication platform, the participants of Sinopec Special Equipment Training Class visited Chengdu Chenggao Valve Co., Ltd. for on-site inspection and exchange forum on July 16. Ding Ke, Executive Deputy General Manager of the company, together with heads of Sales, Technology, and Production, accompanied the visiting group.

          The visiting group first toured the corporate digital exhibition hall. Through digital display systems, they gained a comprehensive understanding of the company’s development history, core valve products, intelligent manufacturing and application achievements, which intuitively demonstrated the company’s technical accumulation and smart manufacturing strength accumulated over years in the valve industry.

          Subsequently, both sides held a special exchange forum in the 4th-floor meeting room. At the forum, Ding Ke, Executive Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to the Sinopec training class delegation. He expressed the hope that this on-site exchange could serve as a bridge to deepen mutual technical communication and experience sharing, so as to jointly boost industrial development. During the discussion session, Tong Jun, Head of the Technology Department, gave a full introduction to the company’s development and core products, and provided thorough and detailed answers to various industry and technical questions raised by the trainees.

          In the on-site workshop tour, the training class visited the Small Valve Workshop, Cryogenic Valve Workshop and production sites in the East and West Plant Areas in sequence, observing the whole process of precision machining, assembly and testing up close. From precision manufacturing of components to finished product testing, the modern production lines, standardized process control and sound safety production management system left a deep impression on the guests.

          This exchange activity is not only recognition from industrial peers of Chenggao’s comprehensive manufacturing and technical service capabilities, but also a valuable opportunity for two-way learning and mutual learning. In the future, the company will keep building communication platforms, strengthen technical linkage with relevant ndustry partners, and support high-quality industrial development with continuously upgraded products and technologies.
